2025 09 16 automation paradox v01

Introduction

This is a placeholder essay illustrating how the automation paradox plays out in human–LLM workflows.

Main Section

The automation paradox refers to situations where automating tasks actually increases human workload. In scholarly workflows, LLMs can sometimes relieve effort, but often add hidden burdens: monitoring outputs, correcting errors, and managing orchestration overhead.

Conclusion

This demonstration essay shows the structure we will use for full drafts. Word count is intentionally short for testing purposes.
